Refund Policy

Refunds are provided within fourteen(14) days of original purchase date on most items.

Please see the terms and conditions below:

  • Item must be returned in original carton or packaged with all parts.
  • Customer must have original invoice. No refunds will be given without the invoice.
  • Customer must have actual credit card present for refund for credit card purchases
  • For refunds on items paid by cheque, refund will be issued once the cheque has been verified as cleared.
Electronics/Electrical Items
  • For refund, items must be returned in the factory-sealed, unopened package.
  • An opened item can only be exchanged for an identical item.
Special Ordered Items & Items
Made to Your Specifications
  • These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Chisel Bits
  • No warranty is given on Paving Breaker tools.
